Your partner could be anyone - your friend or your spouse or your spiritual friend or your child or your sibling. 

A partner with whom you share a non-judgemental space.

The partner need not be in the same city or country. He / she could do this course online from anywhere.

However - both of you share your experiences from this course with each other. 

At your comfort

You can do this course from the comfort of your home.

You can do this course at your own pace.

However, you can also choose to do this course over 21 consecutive days to create a flow & a natural rhythm. 

Feel the Flow

Each chapter starts with warm-up exercises.

It then gradually moves on to body stretches or light cardio or working with dumbbells. 

Then you do some breathwork before proceeding into an Alpha Healing Meditation session. 

This is followed by a video that helps you explore and get a deeper understanding of the Cosmic Realm. 

You then take a Quiz that consists of simple multiple-choice questions to deepen your understanding of the workings of the Cosmic Realm. 

A detailed explanation is given at the end of each question that deepens to your understanding of the concept. 

After this - you express your true feelings, emotions, thoughts, desires, fears, pain, traumas, hurts, etc through journalling, coloring, painting, talking with a friend & chit burning etc. 

DYB (Discover Your Beliefs) Tool

As part of the course - you get to work with this tool to discover a few of your core non-beneficial / non - contributive beliefs. 

You could then choose to release these from your inner space by working with Alpha Healing Meditation Tools. 

Commitment 

This course requires inner commitment.

In terms of time - usually, this course can be completed over 50-60 hours. 

This course has ~ 21 chapters and you could devote 2 - 3 hours per chapter. 

This way you can complete this course in 21 days. 

However - you can choose to the do course at your own pace - a pace that seems most contributive and harmonious to you.
